Please note that all our print-on-demand products are custom-made to order. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
We encourage you to carefully review your order details, including sizes and designs, before completing your purchase. If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to shopwsa@williams-syndrome.org. and we’ll be happy to assist.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at shopwsa@williams-syndrome.org within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
